This mod overhauls Ivarstead to feel like a small peaceful town. adding new homes, a barracks, walls, and a walled off estate for the thane and his family, Clan Ivarid of which Klimmik is part of. also across the river is the ruins of an old abandoned fort in which Narfi now lives. increased the number of crops the farm grows, ad added three new merchants. a Smith behind the Inn, and a General Merchant and a Herbalist.
