Ironically, I feel like installing this Thanedom, but then disabling the merchant's and their families (if any), and probably making their homes deserted/abandoned (disable stuff, add cobwebs, those stacked up chairs/tables), to fit with Jofthor's line of 'good-sized town, but people moving out to Riften'. The Thane still fits with the 'town' comment, so it's good to have it.
Considering that in vanilla the largest house in Ivarstead is Klimmek's, and Bassianus moves out with a quest, this Thanedom takes over what would've been a weirdly spacious bachelor's quarters. I'd really like to use this as I abandoned Arthmoor's Ivarstead as I wanted the kind of house/shack/cottage design the Thanedom Assets uses.
Thank you for this.There's a bug which cause all NPCs and followers not moving when standing on the bridge of Ivarstead(player can move freely),could it be possible for anyone to make a patch if this bug is caused by this mod?If not caused by this,does someone had this problem and(or) know the reason why this bug occur(ed)?
Thank you for this. I've been looking for awhile for a good Ivarstead expansion. There are some nice visual overhauls out there, but nothing really that adds more merchants, NPCs, and makes it feel like a viable town. This mod solves that, and I love that it's compatible with convenient carriages. the placement of the carriage is completely unaffected!
Got a weird error where the houses for some of the residents (can't remember who, but it's tucked away in a nice corner next to the town's walls) are all messed up.
There's no house, but you see the doors just randomly sitting there by themselves. Like legit just randomly there's a buncha doors standing there by themselves. Can apparently lockpick them too, but I haven't tried to get in.
Only thing I can think of that might be causing this is the LOD bug fix mod. Maybe some other random mods? I don't have all that much. Like 65 esps.
I really enjoy your small mods, can I ask, if you are planning for two specific villages? Stonehills, as this camp has always irritated me as ton of people, are living there in the deep, frozen forest in tents. and Second is the Sarethi farm as they are creating rare ingredient so far from civilization they would really need more protection.
currently im working on Shor's Stone. im torn on whether to do Sarethi farm as a Thanedom or to make it a hamlet. a Hamlet is much smaller and would have no lord/thane. a Thanedom is usually a walled settlement with a Thane in charge, often i give such towns a small inn and a merchants as well.
Stone Hills will be done its just a matter of when. I'm torn between doing Morthal Hold or Falkreath Hold first. Morthal's Hold I plan on making more tribal with emphasis on clans and chiefs while Falkreath I plan on making more Imperial
