Rebalances CC Backpacks to values that more closely follow Thaumaturgy - An Enchanting Overhaul. A fork of Baggage CC Backpacks Rebalance, but simpler.

This mod is forked from Baggage - Another CC Backpacks Rebalance by MichaelDawn. Who did wonderful work, but the added steps needed to craft some of backpacks, as well as the stamina penalty did not fit the tastes of some people.
Rebalancing
Distribution
Backpacks will be much less common in loot and vendor inventories (they were everywhere before), and only basic backpacks may be found in loot (Leather, Fine, Dark, Fur). The bedroll and specialist variants must be crafted from the basic four.
Backpack Enchantments
Leather, Fine Leather, Dark Leather, or Fur Backpack - Fortify Carry Weight 50.
... with Bedroll - add Bedroll Rested Perk.
Adventurer Backpack - Fortify Carry Weight 30, Fortify Stamina 20.
... with Bedroll - add Bedroll Rested Perk.
Mage Backpack - Fortify Carry Weight 30, Fortify Magicka 20.
... with Bedroll - add Bedroll Rested Perk.
Thief Backpack - Fortify Carry Weight 30, Fortify Lockpicking 10%.
... with Bedroll - add Bedroll Rested Perk.
Hunter Backpack - Fortify Carry Weight 30, Fortify Archery 10%.

Compatibility
Rebalancing
- Baggage rebalances the Backpack enchantments to be worth 1/2 a full-power Thaumaturgy slot.
- The base backpack adds 50 Carry Weight.
- The specialized backpacks trade 20 Carry Weight for their stat bonuses, since part of the pack is being used for supplies.
- Bedrolls grant you the basic Rested bonus (non-stacking) as you can sleep on the go.
- Includes Briraka's shader removal.
