Just a simple mapmarker, visible from start, to take you to the Alik'r Desert from the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal mod by MannyGT.

Skip through the main story of the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal and just teleport straight to the Alik'r Desert. Also includes a mapmarker inside the desert to bring you back to Skyrim.
The map marker can be found south of Falkreath.
ESPFE flagged.
Disclaimer: If you go to the Alik'r Desert without having started the main questline, you can SKIP the whole first part of the quest by talking to Arenar in front of the Halls of the West. If he starts talking to you, just quit the discussion and avoid Arenar. NOT HAVING THE ARROW OF EXTRICATION GIVEN AT THE START OF THE QUEST MEANS YOU CANNOT FINISH THE MAIN QUEST, SO DON'T PURPOSELY SKIP IT, OR ELSE YOU'LL NEED CONSOLE COMMANDS TO FINISH IT.
