  SkipTime - How much time should pass (in in-game hours) when being kidnapped
  StealInventory - When being kidnapped, should all your possessions be placed in the little chest next to the Bed you wake up in
  RestrictHolds - Should Kidnappings be restricted to the surrounding Holds? (Morthal, Haarfinger, Pale)

  Enable - Should Kidnappings be allowed in Interior Cells?
