SkipTime - How much time should pass (in in-game hours) when being kidnapped
StealInventory - When being kidnapped, should all your possessions be placed in the little chest next to the Bed you wake up in
RestrictHolds - Should Kidnappings be restricted to the surrounding Holds? (Morthal, Haarfinger, Pale)
Interior - Interior Settings:

• Enable - Should Kidnappings be allowed in Interior Cells?
• RequireKeywords - If Enabled, and this Attribute exists, an interior Location also needs one of the specified Keywords for kidnapping to be allowed here -- Example: If this Attribute exists and "LocTypeInn" is listed in it, you will only be Kidnapped in Inns
• RestrictTime - If enabled, Kidnappings will only occur between 22.00 and 5.00
  

• Enable - Should Kidnappings be allowed in Exterior Cells?
• Wilderness - Can you be kidnapped while in the Wilderness? I.e. while not near a Town or similar
• RestrictTime - Same as Interior Setting
