Many mods that are officially compatible with Legacy have random unique items strewn about. It would be cool if they could like... not do that.

Here's a quick summary of the changes:
Auri (Song of the Green)
- Removed the bug in a jar from her home.
- Removed two imperial war horns from Helgen Wholesale.
- Replaced all instances of the Dancer's Flute with a regular flute.
- Replaced all instances of Mead with Juniper Berry with Nord mead.
- Replaced all instances of Firebrand Wine with Alto Wine.
- Removed an instance of the Model Ship from the Riften Jail.
- Removed a Dwemer Attunement Sphere.
- Replaced all instances of Argonian Ale with Ale.
- Replaced all instances of Firebrand Wine with Alto Wine.
- Removed and instance of Gilded Wristguards from Frostwind Manor.
- Added a safeguard so that an already disabled Helm of Winterhold definitely will not ever enable. Probably.
- Replaced all instances of the Dancer's Flute with a regular flute.
- Replaced all instances of the Dancer's Flute with a regular flute.
- Replaced all instances of the Quill of Germination with a regular Quill.
- Removed a Thieves Guild Jeweled Drinking Horn.
- Replaced the Mythic Dawn Commentaries 1 with The Last King of the Ayleids.
- Replaced all instances of Double Distilled Skooma with skooma.
- Replaced all instances of Firebrand Wine with Alto Wine.
- A few NPC's were dual wielding Windshears, they are now dual wielding scimitars. Curved. Swords.
- Removed an instance of Stros M'Kai rum from the Genie's Lamp. Because you definitely would have noticed that right? Right?!
- Removed the East Empire Shipping Map from the Sea Tiger.
- Replaced all instances of Argonian Ale with Ale.
- Replaced all instances of Dragon's Breath Mead with Nord mead.
- Replaced all instances of Firebrand Wine with Alto Wine.
- Replaced all instances of the Dancer's Flute with a regular flute.
- Removed the lootable Dawnbreaker from a memory area.
- Replaced the Thieves Guild Jeweled Goblet on Emperor Gorius with a silver goblet.
- Replaced all instances of Firebrand Wine with Alto Wine.
- Gloriel the Valkyrie now wields an Elven sword instead of Dawnbreaker.
- Dinok the Grey now wields a steel battleaxe instead of the Headsman's Axe.
- Balor's Armor is now normal Thieves Guild rather than Guild Master.
- Replaced all instances of Firebrand Wine with Alto Wine.
- Removed the Amulet of the Elder Council from the Tradehouse.
- Replaced all instances of Firebrand Wine with Alto Wine.
- Removed bugs in jars references.
If you've noticed something from an official Legacy of the Dragonborn patch that isn't included here, please feel free to propose it in the comments. I'll be limiting this particular collection to only mods relating to Legacy. However there are some other people working on similar projects with more mods! Installation:
Install using your favorite mod manager. Which should be MO2. Seriously.
Technically these patches don't require Legacy of the Dragonborn to work. You can use it without Legacy with no problem. I'm just not interested in doing this type of patch for mods that aren't integrated with Legacy.

Can these patches be merged?
Sure.
Can I add these mid-game?
Don't do that with anything.
