this files has some fixed and contains pre work for a tail change function. NOTE THE MCM IS IS WIN HEAVY WIP. other than that all the mods function are stable

removed some notes in the esp since i kinda struggling with getting tail amount option to work properly

this update should fix the vampire comp issue, al least it did during my testings. if not thaen its somewhere in your mod order
