This mod replaces Stendarr's Hammer with a new mesh that looks more suitable in a Dwemer Museum, and has several new tweaks and enchantments that will make this weapon more viable in combat with multiple opponents.

Edited weapon stats as follows; Speed (6->6.5), (Reach 1.3->1.1), Stagger (1.25->0.7); To allow for out of the box compatibility with my overhaul mod Ardent Adventure.

Bethesda never explains how it is that you're able to waltz into a heavily guarded museum and take the hammer without guards even reacting. This version provides a lore friendly museum diversion that allows the player to grab the most valuable and heavily guarded artifact in the museum without being assaulted by the guards when grabbing the hammer. Player has the choice to slip in grab the hammer during the chaos unnoticed or help the guards deal with problem head on. This just provides some roleplaying opportunities that the Vanilla Creation never addressed.

In general most mods should be compatible, as long as they don't edit Stendarr's Hammer. In that case you'll need to create a patch using SSEEdit.
