The key can be purchased by Loriel after 4 pm you can find her at the Winking Skeever.
House itself is in Solitude.
:: REQUIREMENTS ::
• Skyrim up to date
• All Dlcs
:: FEATURES ::
- Player house in Solitude.
- Kitchen, Dining area, Armory, Bathroom, Bedroom, Library.
- Indoors garden, an alchemy lab, and a smithing area on the balcony.
:: GENERAL OTHER STUFF ::
• Main tower is Navmeshed but the armory, the loft and the balcony can be accesed only by the player.
:: MOST OF THE ITEMS IS STATIC ::
There are a few recipes and small items, but that's it, you don't gain any advantage in installing this.
:: RECOMMENDED MODS ::
- Static Mesh Improvement Mod - httpskyrim.nexusmods.commods8655
- Any HD textures pack the more the merrier xD
These are not necessary, but they will make the house look as intended
:: KNOWN ISSUES ::
• The ladder to the loft is not navmeshed cause ye navmesh issues.
