   Does anybody know how to get the higher lvls of the magnetized magic, I'm at adept destruction and can get the magnetized blade spell but it Doesn't show up in the vendor

   Any reason why any quest and npc doesnt work at all? Even the erick guy only sits still and say nothing (except for sidequest of skyrim mod conversation)

    Got a really strange bug. I am wearing a set of armor enchanted with over 100% magicka cost reduction for all 5 magic types. After using the "Divine - Fortify Magic" spell, all spells now starts to cost magicka again. The more powerful the "Fortify" enchantments are, the higher magicka the spells cost. Any idea on how to solve this?
