      i mean, yea, sorta?
      I sorta made this with the intent to cover the NPC wearing it, a i didnt really like the original textures.
      In the vanilla game we dont have appliable bandages. But with mods that use these meshes, yes.

      hey! yea its like... a mesh issue. it was there in the original game. I plan to work on fixing the meshes some day once i learn how to use nifskope.
