Merry Saturalia everyone! 1.3 adds a necromancer-themed conjure, some placeable gifts, a new storage option, and a new follower tent. This is a very quick and dirty, "run all the meshes through SSE nif optimizer" port because I'm very crunched for time thanks to the holidays. Please let me know if any meshes give you trouble.
Please post any questions, comments or problems here rather than PMing. Thanks!
Also big shoutout to jonwd7 who was kind enough to help me through my own stupidity and added nifskope functionality to make the port to SE a lot easier. Without him, this wouldn't have happened.
I've just uploaded the long awaited port of version 1.4 of Tentapalooza! Update 1.4 adds a practical Wanderer's Tent, a Burial Cairn to sleep under, and some Makeshift Shrines that act like their real counterparts but are a lot easier to haul around. Additionally, I've added a previously missing crafting recipe for the Desert Trader Table and I believe I've addressed the shelter issue with the Conjured's Necromancer Lair (but please let us know if it persists).
The incompatibility is coming from Go To Bed, not this mod. There is a Campfire patch on that mod page to address this issue.
This mod just isn't detected by Use Those Blankets. That is what the patch would be needed for, as discussed in the comments on the Use Those Blankets page.
I deployed a Follower Tent... and couldn't sleep in it. I made a bedroll and slept beside it. :P Went to pack up the follower tent in the morning and ... couldn't.
How do you pack them down? And are you meant to give it to your follower and they will deploy it?
Allright, that "Patches" file: Gotobed-se-patches-4224-1-0-1650734965.7z which opens a FOMOD patching Campfire, if "sleeping in the air". (Written here for anyone having the issue...) That should solve it. Merci!
In SSEEdit, pull up the crafting recipe for the spell tome (RuseRecipeSpellbookSpring), right-click on Condition #2, and select "Remove" (see attached image for reference). Save, and then you should be good to go. Alternatively, you could copy the recipe into a patch and remove the condition from the patch, so you won't need to remove it again if Tentapalooza ever updates.
Is it possible to use xEdit to turn a follower tent into a regular tent that the player can sleep in? The green one is perfect for my current character, and I've tweaked things in xEdit before, but I've never messed around with Activators before and I think that's what I'd need to edit??? Right now my best guess is that I edit the activator for the tent in question (which I think is xx482bc8) and remove the property "Setting_PlayerUsesFullBed", but I'm not super confident that there isn't something else/additional that would also need to be changed. Any advice?
I'm a little rusty, but I think if you were to rename the property "PositionRef_Follower1_Bed" to "RequiredPositionRef_PlayerBed", and then remove the existing "RequiredPositionRef_PlayerBed" (which was using the RusePosRefFollFurBundle reference), that *should* do the trick. After that it would just be a case of renaming the other follower properties ("PositionRef_Follower1_WeaponMainHand") to their non-follower equivalents, which you should be able to find in the non-follower tent Activators.
Great Tents..Love it. I use the Ashlander 3 bed Tent for me and my followers. only issue is a slight performance hit inside the tent, stutter from the lamps and clutter but its not a game breaking stutter lag. thanks for your work.
Really like the craftable campsite concept that this brings to campfire. One thing that I though was weird was the fact that you can pick up placeable storage items that are loaded with hundreds of pounds of loot, yet it still only weighs its base value while in your inventory. It's like a 'chest of holding,' but it's not magic, I made it out of some wood and iron. Is anyone aware of any fix or work-around for this? It feels too cheater-y to me. Also, is the small storage chest from this mod? I can't seem to figure out where this thing comes from, and I didn't see it listed in the description.
Regarding being able to move the full containers, it's a function of using Campfire's placement system; unfortunately I'm not aware of any workarounds for it.

Only when I choose "Sleep", I'm thrown up very high in the air to fall dead when I get up.
With the two large tents I'm using.

That should solve it.
Merci!

The Small Storage Chest is from this mod.
