    "Nightmare Before Saturalia" update

Merry Saturalia everyone! 1.3 adds a necromancer-themed conjure, some placeable gifts, a new storage option, and a new follower tent. This is a very quick and dirty, "run all the meshes through SSE nif optimizer" port because I'm very crunched for time thanks to the holidays. Please let me know if any meshes give you trouble.

Please post any questions, comments or problems here rather than PMing. Thanks!

Also big shoutout to jonwd7 who was kind enough to help me through my own stupidity and added nifskope functionality to make the port to SE a lot easier. Without him, this wouldn't have happened.

So I've crafted a follower's tent but my followers never sleep in them. They just just the spare one in my tent. Also, when I place down pillows and knapsacks, are they supposed to be integrated into the tent? Because when I pack up I have to do it separately for both the tent and other placeable items. Also, is this safe to uninstall mid-game? Thanks!

Checking this mod for conflicts, and it seems to be the only campfire addon mod that has the interior cell of the placeable camp flagged with "has water". Does anyone know what this does, what will happen to other campfire mods if I make a patch with the flag, or what would happen to this mod if I overwrote it and left that flag out?

Hello again. It’s so good to see this mod still supported as an add on for Campfire. I asked quite a long time ago (I think even before you ported to SE) about an Xbox port. Can we revisit the topic? I know several of us would give constructive feedback and help troubleshoot if it doesn’t port over easily.

If it’s a question of Bethesda.net, it’s super easy and intuitive to use. Just open your mod in the CK, make sure you’re logged in with your Bethesda.net account, and upload for Xbox and/or PC. Because Campfire is already there, I don’t imagine too many problems. Again, I know many of us would love the chance to try it and help out!

    Thank you for your mod!

I love this mod, and can't imagine playing without it - it adds so much immersion and such a fun sense of being out adventuring to the game.

Would it be possible to get a craftable Follower's Bedroll? It'd be nifty to have when staying in indoor locations, such as player homes that don't have enough beds marked usable for NPCs, or particularly cramped or cluttered ruins where the two-bedroll option doesn't lay out nicely.

Thanks glad you enjoy. I'll keep that in mind when I return to Skyrim :) Shouldn't be hard to do, I've just been occupied with other things lately.

I use the follower tents indoors as the tent doesn't appear when you've placed it, just the bedroll & you can shufty them around nice and close together. I had 5 followers inside my magic stave house which was rather (extremely) small but we all fitted in nicely (good job we all got on well together and no-one had smelly feet)
If you look at the first 2 pics in the gallery you can see some of the tent bedrolls working
Russey I couldnt play without your mod it has completely changed camping for me. Thank you so much.
Oh btw If you are updating the mod could I request a 4 bedded Ashlander tent (which is an absolutely beautiful design). I do plonk an extra bedroll down but it would be nicer to have it all whisked out ready. Thank you once again :D

I noticed there hasn't been an update on this SSE version in a while and that the oldrim version works better with the MCM menu, ...was just wondering if you have plans on updating the SSE version in the near future :)
    Great mod though

Near future? Probably not. Real life has been kicking me in the teeth lately. Eventually? Yes. I realize that's probably not the answer you were looking for =/

However, there is a guide to help you convert most mods for your own use. :)

Nice selection of stuff, something for every sort of character. Love the Saturalia stuff :)

I was wondering if it'd be possible to make follower tents with multiple bedrolls in them? My party has gotten a bit crowded and finding space for 5 tents is a bit tricky.

It's possible, and something I will keep in mind. TBH I rarely use anything but a dog follower, and on rare occasion one human, so it's not something I've really thought about. :)

Correct. Each one should have a small cloth/burlap bundle that you activate :)

When I played oldrim I remember that I could make a placeable wood cutter´s block and a stack of firewood (container). I´d always figured it came from this mod but I can´t seem to find it in the SSE version.
Did I get my mods mixed up, came it from somewhere else?

Not in a million years. Every part of this mod requires Campfire scripts to function.

Campfire is one of the best, if not the best, frameworks ever released for Skyrim.. I have no idea why you'd uninstall it if you enjoy camping, tbh.
