Added inventory conditions to both the Saturalia and Tales and Tallows decorations. You now need to have "Decorating Tips" in your inventory to see the recipes to reduce menu clutter.
Made "Memory of Spring" shelter require alteration by default. It really does make more sense lore-wise. If anyone was using the illusion version, I can add a patch for that. Just ask.

Release. Mod was re-saved in the new CK and all meshes run through nifskope to optimize them for the new format.
