Some little fixes such as moving several parts of the house to their own cells, wich includes: Atronach forge, Greenhouse, Pool, Library. If you have any items in there, move to another part of the house or outside, or they will be lost foeva_and_eva. Optimised the hell out of dungeon and introduced several new encounters(?). Introduced ton of new bugs to fix later for future me.

Complete redesign of follower dorms and basement, another attempt to fix pool missing wall, other qol aligment fixes. Please remove everything from dorms before updating or it will be lost forever and ever.
