Anyways, I had lots of fun making and using this mod, if any of you want to do anything with the mod you are open to do whatever you want with it. I.E. permissions are open, because the only way modding will continue is through cooperation and working together to make the game great. I hope you all have as much fun with this as I did.
A little PSA, the terror ones might not cause a fear effect, something about an interaction between having multiple effects with one or more effects having no duration.
And to think I thought I had seen or tried everything when it came to mods. I'm downloading this one because it's there and I can. And now lets see if you can figure out who this is.
