For those reading the comments and seeing the texture or mesh issues:
The mesh name is "caveirockm02" which is included in the base game at the following path: meshes/dungeons/caves/ice/rocks/cavirockm02.nif
The issue with using this mesh in its original state is: -The vanilla mesh has a backlighting flag and blueish specular (probably because it is mostly used in snowy/icy areas).
To resolve this issue: (1) I copied the vanilla mesh to a new folder location, by opening the archive using bethesda archive extractor or BSA Browser. (2) Using the copied mesh, I removed the backlighting flag and adjusted the specular (R 0.420 G 0.502 B 0.510) by using Nifskope. (3) I adjusted the plugin to point to the new (and adjusted) mesh by using xEdit.
I would upload a fix, however the mod author has closed permissions at this time. If I am given the go ahead, I'll upload a fix.
First. It looks damn good and fits perfect into the landscape. Second. If anybody wondered, yes it's somehow in the same spot as "Ashlander Camp New Zainab SSE" but .. it's location is so perfectly integrated into the camp that it's like a natural extension of the camp. I was totally suprised that i could use both with each other and there were no problems to be found.
