Update - Finally got a solution, NPC will only dodge the attacks from enemy they are attacking and attacks back face to face, but I emerge it into my other mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/65493 if you are interested, please have check, might not update this mod any more, thank you for your support.
TK Dodge SE is required, this is a very rough made mod, might take more time to make it better, NPC dodge even the enemy is attacking someone else and I can't find a way to solve it in the time I upload =)
Need use console to add these dodge spell to NPC, type "help dodgespell", find the one you like and use "addspell XXXXXXXX" to NPC, remove it by "removespell XXXXXXXX"
NPC won't dodge if weapon not draw or blocking, as default setting of TK Dodge
DodgeSpell(DodgeEveryAttack) - NPC dodge any kind of attack, it's fun and totally over power, only looks good on slow swing enemy
DodgeSpell(DodgePowerAttack) - NPC dodge power attack only, looks good on every kind of swing speed
DodgeSpell(DodgePowerAttackAndNotAttacting) - NPC dodge power attack only and won't dodge if NPC is attacking, make much more sense and be more immersive, recommend
