Description

This mod offers a selection of ~75 KS Hairdos SSE hairstyles converted to wigs and available to players of both genders and optionally to NPCs. The optional Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) .ini distributes wigs based on profession, race, and social class. With this file, pornified/anime/modern/immersion-breaking hairstyles begone! Beggars now look haggard, nobility refined, and humble farmers practical. Altmer sport gaudy updos, Nords wear braids and undercuts, and Redguards don a suite of locs, boxbraids, and natural dos. No more Ingrid Kardashians tilling the fields looking like they're on their way to the club.

Requirements
This mod is not standalone. It requires KS hair textures--whether the originals from KS Hairdos SSE, KS Hairdos 1.7 Salt and Wind, or SC - KS Hairdos Retextured. For NPC distribution, you must have Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) and all of its requirements.

Obtaining the Wigs

For players, wigs may be obtained via console commands or mod explorers such as AddItemMenu - Ultimate Mod Explorer for pre-AE or QUI post-AE (available offsite at https://github.com/Qudix/QUI-SKSE). For NPCs, the optional SPID .ini does all the work; just plug and play (or customize to your heart's content, see below)

SPID Distribution 

Distribution of the wigs is to any combination of vanilla, Interesting NPCs SE (3DNPC), Citizens of Tamriel SE, and Inconsequential NPCs (BYOP, bring your own port). You do not need to have any/all of the listed mods to take advantage of distribution. Have Interesting NPCs but haven't ported Inconsequential NPCs? Not a problem! SPID just won't distribute to NPCs that aren't in your game. 

As with all SPID .inis, to whom the wigs are distributed is customizable. Don't think homeless, orphan Lucia would fret over braiding her hair? Remove her name or give her a different wig! Think an NPC not listed would look fab in one of these wigs? Add their name, even if they're from another mod! Because SPID circumvents facegen, it is fully compatible with all NPC overhauls and will not cause the darkface bug. Additionally,  the distributable type "spell" is used instead of "outfit" to maximize compatibility with other SPID .ini files that equip your NPCs with clothes, weapons, abilities, etc. You can even use this file with other that touch the head, such as Horns For Orcs and Bosmer NPCs have antlers (both pictured here and highly recommended). Note that the the "wigs" are technically "circlets," and are incompatible with headwear such as helmets and hoods. If you encounter a naked NPC in-game, it is because of such an incompatibility; resolve the conflict by removing their name from the .ini or assigning them a different outfit.
