    since someone have made JK's reduced cut version, I didn't lag that much. MX 350
    Edit: JK's alone w/o that cut made me lag like, 10-20fps drop

    效果是驚人的。我的 FPS 最初是 50-70,現在是 80-100 FPS。 [GlowBeGone,Universal Fog Remover。Doesn't seem to fit AE 1170]

    I have a problem currently.

    The guide worked well. However, I wanted to return to some of my previous look. To be specific, I settled for a lower graphic preset so I don’t have to remove grass from specific spots like in cities. The problem is, I can’t seem to revert the changes I made. There’s far far less if any grass in whiterun, for example, anymore.

    Grass in open spaces outside cities are still fine. I just wanted the city themselves to look a bit better. So far, I tried disabling any of your recommended mods that deals with grass with the exception of grass fps boost mod. After that I redid the DynDOLOD. Nothing changed. I’m stumped.

      Maybe it is grass fps mod. Check also no grass in cities. Could also be a cache problem?

      Fixed it by reinstalling all my mods though I suspect it was a load order problem with a flora mod and bethini settings being overwritten since I redid those as well.

      kinda off topic but the last time I played extensively, I remember my fps was better on earlier Windows versions specifically 8. Did something change and will your program that you linked make it better. I haven’t had the chance to use it since I was afraid of doing something irreversible.

      I haven't used Windows 8 for my PC, only 11 and or 10 and the difference is marginal for me but I'm sticking with 11. The program I have linked I use on my PC works for my usage, though it could be different for you.

      You can skip that step or have a restore point on your PC before making any changes.

    Got some great tips from this guide thank you, very nice to have because with so many mods on the nexus it is easy to miss good ones and find bad ones! Also is there an optimized texture pack the covers all textures that you would recommend? Edit, I just read it again, I missed it the first time "Cleaned Skyrim SE Textures" cool.

    I just want to get it out there that I got a huge boost in FPS after I damaged my HDMI port and switched to Displayport. I had been getting as low as 25 or 35 in some areas, notably in Vominheim and Wyrmstooth, now a pretty steady 57-60 all the time. And the color is better. I never would have thought this should make a difference but there clearly is one.

    I enjoyed this guide and suggestions, many interesting secrets I discovered (especially windows settings)
    I suggest people to add step by step the modifications and check what improves and what not... I will do that next time I will have energies to do the process again
    One of the things that really helped me in gaining FPS and it is NOT mentioned in this guide is to set low values for
    fLODFadeOutMultObjects=5.0000
    fLODFadeOutMultItems=2.0000
    fLODFadeOutMultActors=3.0000
    for me it's totally enough and this really made a big change in my FPS

    Also removing SMP totally and all the mods that need it (cept 3BA works pretty well without), SMP hair was getting me -15fps and SMP dresses even more! Also need to customize well CPBC ini, physics only on my char is much better

      Disabling of SMP with HDT (and also, many other DLL addons and plugins for them) gived you free 10-40 free FPS. Tested thrice.

      What about grass and LODs - it's samely deadly for memory and GPU things. If you want to play with 5-15 FPS more, then disable (or didnt turn ON in .ini settings before starting in game) them.

      I aslo reading much topics, where guys discussing about Nvidia scalling, (0.85) with 1632x918 monitor. But I forgot link of those topics.

      to be honest last SMP update increased the performances GREATLY, so I am using SMP hair (on my char only) again and sometimes even some armor. Just the hair I keep them without collision, I don't care much and I try to choose hairs that are not terrible without collisions anyway.

      Dyndolod didn't decrease performance (of course need the performance settings) but if you mean just the grass lods, ye I also don't use them, also because I found these textures perfect (use only when generating xlod, the first step of the whole generation), they simulate grass effect on lod, I like them a lot! Also a good noise.dds helps (I use the "old" noise inside vivid tundra ).

      Scaling doesn't make much sense to me, I mean logically it can only lose quality, not improve. If you are ready to lose quality just use lower resolution textures, why shuold I use 4k textures and make my pc do the work of resize them? really I don't see the logyc if not for some people with strange monitor resolutions maybe?

      Yes, if some peoples playing with low monitor solution (800x600 per 1280x720, for example) - they didnt need 4K or more textures.

    What are the main differences between this FPS guide and the other one called Free FPS guide on the nexus?

    Guys download all the essential performance mods in the description, it completely maxed out my fps, I was running 30 to 40 before now im running a solid 60 - 59.9, keep in mind my monitor can only do 60 fps so i can potentially be getting so much more and not even no it.
