Removes stuff added by Great Forest of Whiterun Hold that obscures the area covered by Whiterun Expansion / Whiterun Eastside

Specifically the ones from the start of the eastern gate arch, the ones by Jogith's house, the Northern Whiterun Stables, and the Enchanter's Forge
I made this because I love TGFoWH, but was late to discover the 2 alternative mods that added much life to Whiterun: Whiterun Eastside and Whiterun Expansion Redone SSE and was a bit ticked to see the trees and rocks partially obscuring them.
Note that while these 2 mods (WE and WERSSE) are alternative versions of each other, this patch was designed to work with either of them in mind. No one's made a patch so far (point me to it, if there is), so I'm releasing this to give back to the community somehow.
Made using SSEEdit and by studying the patches provided by The Great Forest of Whiterun Hold - Patch Collection
Installation:
Put ESP in your Data folder
or use mod manager
Safe to install midgame.
Minor Issue:
If you have mods that dynamically add birds to trees like skybirds SSE, and you are in the area of Whiterun Expansion or Eastside upon installing this patch, there will be floating nests in the air where the original trees were.
