It's just a matter of applying myself to it for a few hours, haha -- currently playing other games, etc. If you do end up doing it yourself I'd be happy to let you post it or add it to the files here. It is pretty easy once you learn a bit of Outfit Studio, which has some helpful tutorials to follow on the Tube
Ok then, whenever I try to adjust the meshes using outfit studio and blender. The polygon always gets jumbled up, especially near the armpit since I suck at sculpting. Thanks anyway, maybe I'll try it again later.
Wouldn't really call any of these skimpy to be honest -- they are created for female bad-ass characters
But most of the armors have different variants. For example, different variants of the Ursine armors (there are 5) show midriff while others do not. Viper armor shows midriff while Kaer Morhen does not. Several of the armors do not show any skin at all. There's a lot of variety here, is my point.
Wait seriously - "Armors from the Witcher 3 converted to work in Skyrim SE for both Male and Female characters." Both?! So I don't have to download all of Geralt's armors individually and waste valuable plugin space? You're amazing. Thank you so so much.
Glad you like the mod! Anyone else is totally welcome to make a conversion to those body types, and I hope they do. I'm done working on this project for now, though -- just have a lot less time on my hands atm
This is now a lot easier to do with the Immersive Equipment mod. I'm currently using it combined with RaceMenu, and I keep a great sword and a regular sword on my back, Witcher-style. Works pretty well if you're still trying to replicate the look
Not sure if it is intentional or maybe it is just a personal bug, but every cuirass seems to have a full nude body mesh underneath. This causes the naked mesh underneath to constantly clip through the cuirass pretty much everywhere. Love the outfits though!
That def isn’t intentional and is not the usual experience, haha
It is likely either a conflict with another mod or you’re missing the cbbe body requirement. Or, maybe you’re using a cbbe preset that’s just a little more of a stretch for the armors to fit to — have you built them in BodySlide?
?I have all the requirements and I use normal body proportions so there won't be too much clipping. I also have built them into BodySlide.
I move the camera inside the armor in BodySlide and I noticed hat only this armor mod has the full body under armor issue. I try reinstalling every body mods and see if that fixes it.
Okay, I did some digging on this. When I have tested the armors, I used just the default CBBE curvy preset and just checked it at 0, 50 and 100 weight, then added some mesh to the clothing wherever there was clipping. This isn't the usual method of removing clipping, it turns out -- you are correct. There is a step I didn't do that removes the parts of the body mesh that are covered, presumably to help all body types, all animations, etc to not clip.
So I'm going to do that step for all the outfits for the next update. Thanks for pointing this out!!
Edit: done as of 1.4. Thanks again and hope you can enjoy the mod now.
No problem the outfits are fixed now. However in 1st person the Witcher Gloves are screwed up. The middle finger seems to have vertices rigged to the ring finger bones causing weird stretching .
I actually have never known the difference so I'm researching it now because of your comment, haha. Looks like that is very simple to do, I'll likely upload an esl version
Thanks for looking into it. Your mod is a good candidate to become an ESPFE, if you have questions I can help you out. I also have two other suggestions: 1) Some of the male models have invisible feet and hands; though, the female models don't have this issue. 2) If possible, I think it would be a good idea to separate the witcher neckless from the amours pieces.
Yes, the male armors really require the wearer to equip boots and gloves along with them, that's why I recommend that users stick to the original mod if they play as a male character. This is because in the original mod, male chest armors actually include boots and gloves -- there's no mixing and matching (With the exception of the Lambert armor set).
Come to think of it, I might know a fix for this issue I can play around with in a future update

This will fix the problem with missing limbs and such when equipping a male follower with some of the armors.

It was a little glitchy when I first released, so I think that’s why it’s kind of a hidden gem at this point
There is still some glitchiness with the male armors, since female was my focus, but I’ll be uploading a fixed version soon

Edit edit: should be fixed for reals now
