- 3.0 Adds mostly visual changes outside and inside. No major features added.

- - added the option to disable the follower auto strip at the pool function.

Version 2.0
- * A total exterior area redesig
  * A small percentage of interior details added
  * Exterior bath/pool area added
  * Taking a shower in the bathroom (main bedroom) gives a after-bath effect (20% better at speech for 6 hours)
  * (workshop) By reading "Tips and Tricks" books located on the tables near Smithing, Enchanting and Alchemy stations you get 15% better at that specific skill for 5min.
  * You can now take the Crown of Barenziah even after completing the quest.
  * Added a Transportation cart (initially located in workshop) that can be loaded with items and sent to one of the 3 house locations added by the Heartfire Dlc. (It has a map marker in case you forget where you sent it)
  * Minor bug and clipping fixes
  * Added the ability to change the Banner/Flag. The button is located inside near the Centurion holding the banner. Changing that banner changes the one outside also.
  * Chopping wood blocks will give 2x more wood then vanila ones.

- *Added a garden with hearthfire planters behind the house
  *Added a grain mill near the garden

- *Added an option in the settings room to Enable/Disable AUTOLOAD of items. (enabled by default)
  *Removed the Dwemer acoustic space
  *Added bookshelves in the hallways (can be removed/disabled in the setting room)
  *Added a custom display for the Staff of Magnus in the armory
  *Added a button to take and store Flawless gems (useful for people who are using Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim)
  *Added buttons to take 10 of each Alchemy ingredient ad soul gem from the inventory. (will take less if there are less than 10. If you want 20 press the button twice)
  *Fixed the bug preventing the amulet of Arkay to be placed in the amulet display stand.
  *Cooked Food and Drinks can now be accessed from the dining table.
Version 1.4
- *Armory is now completely lit. So no dark areas and light flickering.
  *Added a lever in the setting room for a bit brighter Main Hall lights for those that find it to dark or are using a darker enb. Children's room and followers areas are not affected.
  *Made some minor tweaks to the mannequins. The moving is not completely fixed but it should be a bit better. I strongly recommend Mannequins Stay Put by Tarshana

- * Fixed minor issues found during my playtrough
  * Fixed the Appearance Mirror camera bug (you can use it as much as you want now)
  * Bulk Autosort shouldn’t remove any quest items now
  * Added the option to Bulk Autosort Books, Journals & notes (Note: Bulk will autosort only spell tomes, skillbooks and some notes. The rest you can Override. Why so you ask? Let’s just say that there are more than 200 quests related books, journals and notes and I want to sleep calm knowing that TeXarium won’t break any quest.)
  * edited the Teleport Spell. (Now you will be able to choose in what part of TeXarium you want to teleport)
  * Added an enchanting table in Bella’s store
  * Created a Junk disposal system. Through the main hall you’ll find Garbage buckets and in the Workshop you’ll see the Junk Disposal Chest. Everything placed here will disappear once you pull the lever near the chest. Why is this needed? If you are like me, you already have a storage fool of items that have no use or are not even worth caring them to the merchant. But something you may not know is that more items you have in storage the slower the AUTOLOAD will be. At least now there is an easy way to get rid of that useless junk.

- *Added Isabella the merchant and her store across the road.
  *TeXarium - Bella's store linked chest. Place here items that you plan to sell later and access them once inside the store
  *Added Bulk Items Autosorting. Removes desired items from players inventory all at once and places them in the autosort chest
  *Added an Appearance changing mirror in the bathroom (u can only use it once per game session (camera glitch). Restart the game to use it again)
  *Fixed the Mannequin undressing issue.
  *Changed the porch a bit
  *Custom weapon displays for Unique Uniques SE and other unique looking weapons. (UU is not mandatory to use the house but the displays wont show the weapons without it installed)

  *Followers now won't get stuck in the doors
  *Grass will no longer cover the porch and stairs if using Verdant - A Skyrim Grass Plugin (tested with Verdant default settings)
