      No, but you can download Remove Player Stat Offsets if you want the player's stats to be more balanced compared to wolves.

   Will this mod make it more difficult if added to another mod like Skyrim Revamp - Complete Enemy Overhaul or is it chose one or the other kind of thing.

      I can't say for sure but most likely it's best to use one or the other.
