Quest Mod adding new island within Skyrim worldspace.
Optional quest TEMPLATES provided to allow users to make their own bounty quests which will run through the main mod.

THIS IS A QUEST MOD WHICH YOU CAN INSTALL AND PLAY AS NORMAL. JUST MAKE SURE YOU ADD THIS LINE UNDER [GENERAL] IN YOUR SKYRIM.INI & SKYRIMPREFS.INI (This unlocks borders so you can travel to the new island near Winterhold)

I HAVE INCLUDED 3 FILES WHICH ARE BOUNTY QUEST TEMPLATES THAT RUN THROUGH THE QUEST GIVERS IN THIS MOD.
YOU CAN DUPLICATE THEM AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE, CHANGING THE STATS, ARMOR, WEAPONS, SPELLS, NAME AND LOCATION OF THE 'BOUNTY' NPC (The quick & easy stuff) IN CREATION KIT, REPEAT THIS FOR EACH ONE TO MAKE THEM UNIQUE/DIFFERENT/INTERESTING BOUNTIES.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED TWEAKING YOUR FILES YOU MUST 'ESLIFY' THEM, IT'S VERY EASY, I USED THIS ONE.
ESLIFIED MODS DON'T CONFLICT WITH EACH OTHER OR ADD TO YOUR MOD COUNT, SO YOU COULD RE-UPLOAD YOUR CREATIONS TO NEXUS AND OTHERS CAN ESSENTIALLY GET UNLIMITED USER GENERATED BOUNTIES.
MageBountyTEMPLATE.esp - Aracar is the quest giver.
WarriorBountyTEMPLATE.esp - Obruf is the quest giver.
ThIefBountyTEMPLATE.esp - Maddu is the quest giver.
THE MINIMUM YOU MUST DO TO MAKE A WORKING BOUNTY IS DRAG AND DROP THE MAGE/WARRIOR/THIEF (eg. 0_MageTEMPLATE) ACTOR INTO A CELL, SAVE, ESLIFY & GENERATE SEQ FILE IN SSEEDIT - You can do this in ~5 minutes.
YOUR NEW MOD WILL INCLUDE JUST THE 'ESLIFIED' ESP AND SEQ FILE FOR EACH BOUNTY. IF YOU WANT THE BOUNTY TO BE A CUSTOM NPC LIKE FOLLOWER MODS, YOU WOULD NEED TO INCLUDE THE NIF (MESH) AND DDS (TEXTURE) FILES THAT YOU USED IN YOUR MOD - THERE ARE PLENTY OF TUTORIALS ON THIS AND LOTS OF PEOPLE ALREADY MAKE THEM SO IT IS JUST AN IDEA TO HAVE THEM BECOME BOUNTY NPCS.

- ISLE OF MIST -
You will find a note (READ IT TO START THE QUEST) in your belongings inviting you to take a boat to a small island north east of Windhelm docks.
4 voiced NPCs, 3 of them are quest givers.
Quest markers to guide you and a powerful vanilla voiced follower as an optional end reward - Her biggest 'Power' won't work on the Isle of Mist, test it out in a vanilla town like Whiterun, save your game because people will be very angry :)
Custom Armor (CBBE & Bodyslide) available as a reward, no requirements.
