Tularah is a character preset I created to playtest a spellpack I'm working on, the theme of which is Cosmic Soul with a purple/pink/blue aesthetic,
so I just wanted her look to match that vibe. I'll share the spells later, that mod still needs some refinement..

Instructions:
To use the preset, choose the CotR High Elf DZ race in Racemenu, then go to the presets tab and load "Tularah"

If her hair doesnt load properly, manually choose "Gravitation" from the hair slider. Or of course, choose your own style, etc.
