I'm sorry dear mod author but how is this a cheat when Miraak can shout all he wants without opening his UI 5 million times? I can make a shout build with this that actually works and it should have been implemented in vanilla. Change my mind :D Thank you!
This sounds like it would make shouts more fun. Will it work with Ordinator? (i think most is prolly fine, the speechcraft xp could maybe cause an issue)
It should work with any shout as you equip the shout and then load it into the rolling thunder list. If you don't turn on RT's speech xp from shouts , it shouldn't affect whatever ordinator is doing.

Edit: It works very well with Ordinator i tested it through.
For the specifics Ordinator has a perk called and the universe listens under speech which gives xp every time a shout is used. The option in this mod gives xp every time a shout is used if in combat. Both work on their own and also together. So if both apply they get added together.
Kinda stoked to try this. It's pretty close in concept to all the individual shout cooldown mods that just don't work lol Would you be willing to consider trying to add that sort of feature in the future?

But it is just a thought. The concept here is unique enough in my opinion.
My shout CD is set to very, very long for my own preferences.
