Aurora came from the snowy mountains of High Rock. She was born into a not so wealthy khajiit caravan family. She always liked her very exotic name. Her mother gave her that name after her eyes and as well because she was indeed born under the Northern Lights of Nirn.Her family mostly dealt with pity trading caravan businesses.  Their life wasn't as good as they wanted to be, but they could not deny the fact that they were lacking the gold.Since they were always on route she could not really get friends.

Once on a trip from Jehanna into Skyrim. She has met with two very kind mage ladies who have introduced her to the life of mages and to the fact. That magic is indeed existing.At a very young age she was always interested in special items which made her look weird in her family's eyes. Her mother never liked that she was more open minded than her and her father.

Her mother always said to her.:
~"My sweet daughter. Believing in such nonsense will never lead you anywhere in life. You were born to be a trader and a caravan member. Do not want more than what life gave you. Life is cruel and harsh out here in the wilderness."

In fact life was indeed harsh and cold in the mountains as her mother said. But for Aurora sitting and doing nothing was more harsh. As years and years went by it was harder for her to contain herself from exploring the world. Usually she came back in hours, or once even under a day. but she never really went too far until one time. until one final time which was a life changer. Under a caravan trip to Skyrim on a very snowy day in the snowy mountains of Wrothgarian Mountains she have decided to explore the local area once again. Sadly in the giant Blizzard she lost the caravans track.

Hours after hours, days after days gone. But she could not find her Family.
She simply could not imagine what happened to them.
~"Are they well? Are they alive? Am I dead? Oh mom. You were so right. I'm so sorry for never listening to you."

After days of searching she had to give up. Cluelessly she started to wander to the East on the coast. Luckily she was very good at reading the stars of the sky.  She did not find anything that could lead to her family, but she realized that maybe she should not go back.

~"They have holded me back. This is my grand chance. But what should I do with it?" ~She asked herself.She have gathered her old memories about the mages they met so many years ago. She knew that they mentioned a College in Skyrim.Since she was already in Skyrim, and since she already had a place to sleep. She has asked the kind old farmer to tell her the exact location of the College of Winterhold.~An untold time later.:Many years have gone since she first entered the walls of College of Winterhold.

She always will remember when she first saw the high towers of it with the radiant blue well in the middle. While it was hard to enter it because of the Great Collapse and the mistrust of the people. She has finded her way in the hearts of the local peoples. She always knew that Savos Aren never really trusted her. But once she managed to do something that no mage before. She has earned their trust. More than just simple trust.She has managed to create a Bound Sword from her serene tranquility from the thoughts of the mighty Aurora. Many were envious about her success. Mostly a fresh student called J'zargo.

Since then she has become a spellcaster mage. She was allowed to venture again. But of course the adventure is not always knocking at the door. Obviously she has started to write about her personal journey after the events of this. Under the last few months every member of the College heard about the Dragonborn and his/her honeyed words. Many college members were untrusty about him/her.Except Aurora. Aurora has seen something in this Dragonborn.

The chance to find her family if they are still alive after so many years. Sometimes Aurora is really fond of the books in the college. Many books and scrolls are sacred knowledge or forbidden. Sometimes she loves to peek into them, or she just loves to spend her time in the Arcanaeum.
