Katarina uses the skin and body you have installed, this means that her appearance will vary greatly depending on the skin you use. In my screenshots I use Diamond Skin.

Install using a mod manager of your choice or manually extract content to your Data folder. No mods are required but if you want Katarina to look like in screenshots, then you need to download Diamond skin.
