Let me know if there are any problems. I might add optional plugins that doesn't meddle with the leveled-list and/or change the NPC's equipment later on as well.
Compatibility patch for NordWarUA's "New Legion" mod is now up; this requires the main Acutii Imperii - Standalone to be installed first to take effect.
- The Alternate compatibility patch contains a modified New Legion (no USSEP changes applied) plug-in with few edits that remove some items in the leveled-list and NPC's, and makes the Imperial sword from that mod as standalone (craftable and temperable).
- The Alt-ESPFE patch makes New Legion's plugin into ESPFE, and is dependent to USSEP to adapt some changes.
- The Alternate patches should be used before you installed New Legion in your game.
I think I'll leave other complicated compatibility patches to other patch mod authors or add them sometime in the future.
Hi! Are you talking about another mod when it comes to replacing an Imperial Greatsword? AFAIK there's no vanilla Imperial Greatsword to be replaced, hence the standalone for this mod.
Sorry, could you elaborate further? If you meant to use the meshes of this mod which will override the New Legion mod, then you must install the Standalone main file, load it under the New Legion mod and apply one of the Experimental patches in the optional files section.
Load order would be:
- New Legion - Acutii Imperii Standalone - New Legion - Compatibility Patch - Main |OR| New Legion - CompatPatch - Alt1-Experimental |OR| New Legion - CompatPatch - Alt2-Experimental
Aside from its "Weapon" data section in the plugin, you'll need to fiddle with the leveled-list entry as well and remove the variant entry since it includes every variant that will be used by npcs. Removing just the "Weapon" data entry might cause some kind of a problem (leaning on this), or just an npc wielding an invisible sword.
If you decide to fiddle with those two (especially with the leveled-list), you must do this before using the mod in your current game.
Hello, I have spent around 5 hours sivving through my 940+ strong mod list and ive found your mod is the reason dragonsreach has an invisible interior. I dont understand why this is happening. Its getting overridden by All Geared up derivited and ALLGUD Meshes. i have not had this issue with any other armour mod. Since the meshes can only be created through a patch on the end usesers "end" I believe that this mod may be incompatible with this mod alltogether or may just be my specific mod list. Any help would be appreiciated nevertheless.
EDIT: It seems it was a bashed patch issue on my own end.
Had a similar problem like this recently which almost made me permanently remove from the plugin list a follower mod for "supposedly" messing up the "Follow me" dialogue for followers that use the vanilla follower framework. Making a bashed patch is both a blessing when done right, and a head-scratching mystery when a slight mistake slips through!
Only by using the standalone file will you get access to all the greatswords, since the other ones are just sword replacers. I'll put some clarification about this so thanks for bringing it up!
