Patches for Your Race Matters - Racial Passives are provided via FOMOD.
Includes patches for FK's Diverse Racial Skeletons, Left Hand Rings Modified, and Realistic Natural Skin Tones.

That's pretty much it, install via mod manager and sort via LOOT.
One plugin that may conflict is the High Poly Head Vampire fix, which I didn't make a patch for, so, if you have this plugin, I recommend adding to the early loaders LOOT group.
