Pleased to report no issues on my end, everything appears to be running just fine.

Also, regarding the 'virus detected'...that's a false positive, happens frequently with mods such as this, because of the way they have to alter game files.

The test version is working great for me in-game on 1.6.1170 :) If your computer flags it as a virus, you'll have to go into Settings -> Updates & Security -> Windows Security -> Open Windows Security -> Virus & Threat Protection -> Protection History -> Click the Threat Blocked -> Press "yes" -> finally, allow the threat. Then re-download this file & you're good to go.

I've had a skyrim se dll flag false positive before.  I eliminated it in the
      config properties->c/c++->Optimization->
      Optimization(Max Optimization favor speed /O2),
      Enable Intrinsic functions(Yes /Oi)
favor size or speed(favor fast code /Ot)

it works kind of! my skirts ands hair and crown pieces are no longer being stretched down to the floor ect and for me thats a win lol now the new problem the game will crash to desktop if i try to save the game or fast travel. any 1 else have this issue ?

      edit:
so i fixed it it looks like the crash was caused because i disabled race menu because im waiting for it to be updated but if i enable it yeah i get the race menu is out of date but the game runs fine now no crash to desktop when i try to fast travel or when i try to save.

I'm getting some extra buoyancy in hair movements which looks kinda silly. It doesnt seem to happen every time so I'm not sure if its the hair mods itself (bone weighting), smp wind, or this test version.

Edit: Everything is fine and continues to be fine the issue I had above was due to the specific hair mod.

Not quite sure what the issue is but since 1.6.1170 I'm getting a huge drop in fps and an eventual crash about 20 seconds into starting a new game

If anyone is having this same issue, try disable FSMPM - The FSMP MCM (and the esp) and/or SMP-NPC crash fix it fixed it for me.

I did some testing, seems to be working (the test) in 1170.  Just not sure if all the NPCs have meshes compatible with it.

Did the NoCuda/AVX version, as I found the other two caused too much fan noise for little to no performance differences.

Okay, I've been using this Test version and getting crashes which a conversation with someone over my logs informed me were, quote "a problem with an effect mesh (particle BSFadeNote/BSTriNode) in combination with HDT SMP (VisualC runtime error)". Now, I don't know exactly what this means: what I do know is that going back to the non-test version fixed the crashes, but obviously since it isn't quite up-to-date I get hideous physics errors on clothes. Please continue working on the official update to FSMP!

You may need the VC (Visual C++) runtime libraries. Usually, that's a listed requirement with whatever mod is having the issue.

      How do I uninstall this?

I have clean re-installed the game (a true clean install) with no mods other than AE DLC, and using BethINI, set my framerate to cap at 30. I still get FPS over 30.

This did not happen before I installed the latest version of this mod. Versions 2.0.4 beta1 and 2.1.0 did not do this.

Framerate isn't the issue. Something is interfering with my ability to set framerate via BethINI or ENB and it persists after uninstalling all mods via Vortex.

Is there a file or registry entry outside the game files that this mod installs and if so, what is the path so I can delete it?

As well as w/wo using SMP-NPC crash fix, FSMPM - The FSMP MCM, SMP stretch fixer nor FSMPV - FSMP-Validator - HDT-SMP XML Schema. Just to cover all bases. So it just makes crash. This is on New Game start with Alternate Start.

I updated to the new version 2.5.0 and started seeing 15-16 popups telling me there were issues. The first one read: This tag isn't set in the loading file: log level

It has a OK to select, but then 14-15 others come up and I need to select OK for each of them to run my game.

Rolled back to version 2.4.0 and my last save is saying it's bad, but the same just before it loaded and there were not popups.

I have the exact same issue after updating from previous version to this latest version 2.5. I am using Skyrim VR if it helps to identify an issue better. in my case, sometimes i cannot even say "OK" to the popups while skyrim is starting up into the VR main menu....i have to close skyrim completley again and try again. sometimes it works

Hello, I don't know if I'm right here, under the heading Bugs, I couldn't write posts and here in the forum area I couldn't find anything suitable.

My problem is that the new FSMP version crashes my game 5 seconds after starting. I have all the necessary additional mods. I do not have FSMP MCM.
My Skyrim version is : 1.6.1170  the previous version FSMP 2.4.0 works but the current 2.5.0 just doesn't want to. I have checked all mods but cannot find a mod that does not work with FSMP 2.5.0. With 300 mods it took a long time and everything works fine as long as FSMP 2.5.0 is not active. All mods that are necessary are up to date.

What can I do? I am currently using FSMP 2.4.0 again.

I can't speak for GoG versions but I had this problem a while back.  When updating I ended up having to uninstall, deploy, then install the next version.  The usual straight-in update in Vortex didn't work as it does for every other mod I have.  Strange, but worked around okay.

I ended up going back to the test version anyway, but that's another story.

I'm still running on GOG 659.
I figured most people wouldn't bother upgrading GOG which is why I hadn't released anything.

I've just had a go at compiling new dlls but since I'm not running 1179 I have not tested them.
You can give them a try....

A month late, but I don't think that many GoG user are only on the 659 version. I don't know the numbers, but I think it's around 50/50. While I would like to stay on 659 forever and not caring about new updates. The thing is that too many mods requires 1179 to function, and those that could be used on 659, their requirement are no longer usable on 659. The best exemple are mods that simply remove older version from the site, so it become a pain to search on the internet.

I really hate this version war, two sides pointing fingers at each other proclaiming the others is the reason why Skyrim modding suck, without realizing they are just as bad themselves.

This is becoming massively frustrating to deal with. i desperately want to appreciate this mod but I'm running v1130 and after hours of troubleshooting why this mod wasn't working i finally found the
single obscured note saying 1130 is no longer supported for the latest releases.

Ok, fine, but where is version 2.1.3 then? It's stated as the last compatible version but isn't provided anywhere on the downloads page?

Maybe I'm dumb and have been passing over it but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Regardless the hurdles required to find answers and discuss this mod are beyond frustrating compared to most other mods on nexus.

Thanks for any help you guys can provide

edit: I found the 2.1.3 download, not sure why it wasn't showing up for me before; my other points still stand however. Also why has 1130 been dropped from support when many mods still havent been updated for 1170?

Trust me, buddy, I've read most of the issues discussed in this module. But still no answer. -- Sometimes when I'm running the game (mostly when I'm using the cool magic of the visual effects), my fps drops to a very low level (probably in the single digits), and with the physics of the manipulated character's clothing and hair broken down, I can only use the "showracemenu" command to restore it to normal. I visited almost every forum I could search on this question and found no answer. I hope someone can tell me why this is a problem. Thank you so much!! (Using the latest version of this module)
