Please follow the steps in the Troubleshooting Guide if you are having any problems with Last Seed.
The steps in this guide cover the bare minimum information I need to diagnose and fix problems. As such, if you don't follow the guide then I may not be able to help with any issues you may face.
Food Spoilage and Legacy of the Dragonborn
Food items that are stored in LotD's Craftloot Containers will not spoil, and placing too many food items in those containers can cause performance issues with the Spoilage System. As such, it is recommended that you disable Craftloot sorting for Raw Food, Cooked Food and Alcohol. You can find these settings on the Craftloot page of the LotD Settings MCM.
I've just released Last Seed 4.0, which among other things has added a new Water Bottle item to the game. These changes have created some compatibility issues with Last Seed - Water, and after discussing it with CommonDominator, he has graciously allowed me to integrate his changes into the base mod.
This means that Last Seed - Water is no longer required, and is not compatible with the latest version of Last Seed. If you are using Last Seed - Water, you will need to uninstall it before upgrading to the latest version.
I would like to extend my thanks to CommonDominator for all his hard work in creating and maintaining Last Seed - Water, and for giving me permission to integrate his changes. Your efforts have been greatly appreciated.
So... Last Seed Vitality: Weakened reduces attack speed by 10%. However it made my attacks much faster. I think, and this is after a quick look through my load order, that it's not playing nice with the mod Requiem - A Roleplaying Overhaul. Since that's the only mod I have that messes with attack speed or anything similar. Thought I should mention the issue. Last Seed's status of Vitality: Weakened reduces attack speed by 10% and currently seems to cause an incompatibility with Requiem - A Roleplaying Overhaul mod, increasing attack speed rather than reducing it.
In all likelihood you need Comprehensive Attack Rate Patch which includes a comprehensive fix for various attack speeds. I've added a patch for CARP and Last Seed here - you may still need a separate Requiem patch for attack speeds however.
Hi author I want to pitch some ideas about vitality. Do you want to create an in house potion toxicity module? For example, drinking potions, even beneficial ones, would damage your vitality, to simulate side effects and the inherent toxicity of potions? For example, with CACO, I drink a magicka potion that restores 100 magicka per second for 5 sec, and the toxicity module, factoring in player alchemy skills and poison resistance, yielded a value of 80, so by drinking that potion I lose 100*5/80=6.25 pts of vitality. This would be great for balance and immersion.
Is the 3 follower limit a hard and fast one? I am specifically referencing follower frameworks like Nether's Follower Framework (where you can have up to 10 followers) and Followers that have their own AI package (Sofia, Recorder, Auri, etc).
I can't save a Profile no matter what, the list of Profile is blank. The rename button option is greyed out too, stating "SkyUI5.1+ Required", despite me having the latest version installed.
I already test with a clean run with only Campfire, SkyUI and Last Seed installed. Still, I can't save any profile at all.
This is important for my gameplay because of all the settings & manual categorization of all the food objects. Without a profile I'll have to do those multiple times when I start a new game X.x Hope someone could help me :')
EDIT: In classic Skyrim fashion, the issue has fixed itself with 0 intervention of my own. Still, if anyone knows how this occurred in the first place, it would be good to know.
I've run into a strange, albeit harmless bug with the food satisfaction/strength labels.
I started a new save game and enabled last seed, not realizing it was enabling on the same profile as my other save state. I soon noticed that the food names had double the satisfaction/strength indicator text (the text in parentheses). For example, a food item that would usually say "Ale (Weak)" now says "Ale (Weak) (Weak)", and I don't understand why. I think it may have had to do with the overlapping profile, but I am unsure. I'm thinking it may have to do with the profile system, but I have no evidence of that. An example is below.
I have tried uninstalling, loading a save, then reinstalling to completely start fresh with the mod, and it worked, though I lost my Last Seed items and provision inventory, which I would prefer not to occur. Disabling and the Re-enabling the mod via MCM doesn't effect the issue as the item labels stay even if the mod is disabled in-game, it seems. If anyone has any idea what's causing this or how I could potentially fix it, please let me know. While not a game-breaking issue, it is strange and a bit immersion-breaking.
Hey, I have the exact same issue. I just started a completely fresh run of skyrim (no previous saves, re-installed mods from scratch etc). I know you said you didn't do anything to fix it, but do you remember anything that may have happened prior to it correcting itself? Thanks
Hello, you have made a great job on your mod, way better than the competition!
There is one thing that could enhance your mod, right now, your mod is not allowing to rebind to what your mod think is used by the game, even if it is not impacting. Like "1" to "9" of the numeric keypad, which is a bit of a shame, by example I'm used to show the states of my character with the numkey "5" and your mod is not allowing me :(
Could you look into that when you've got the time? ^^
Anyway, cheers, that's an awesome mod you made! :)
I have Hunterborn installed, but Last Seed is keeping me from being able to cook the Venison from that mod. Last seed changed the recipe to needing "venison (light)" but all the venison I get is "venison (medium)".

Is there a way to disable being focused while in dungeons?

So far I've got
HORKER MEAT (MEDIUM) (MEDIUM) (MEDIUM) (MEDIUM)
I've tried the above mentioned attempts to fix it but nothing has worked so far.. Guess I'll just wait for my Skyrim to fix itself too? haha
>>Last Seed MCM > Gameplay > Food properties > Descriptive food names
Changed to 'yes(in item card)'
Not sure if it fixed immediately or a few in game days it fixed itself
