Too bad this was posted so late, never really gained much traction as a late 2021 mod.
This mod saved my entire lighting setup. I tried EVERY combo for my latest mod list after a 2 year break from SSE, and nothing really worked like it used to. ELE was wayyy too dark with Relighting Skyrim + Window Shadows.
Then I applied this, and it was perfect! Way brighter than using ELE with RLS, and also way darker than using RLS all by itself, which has a ridiculous glow, as if they are running the electricity to the max!
My whole lighting set up is perfect with RLS + WS + No Glow (Visceral is my ENB, with Obsidian weathers). The whole thing is drop dead gorgeous, can't thank ya enough!
