Lord Khaox, the greatest Civil Engineer of Skyrim. Thank you for fixing the bridge, man.

It is weird COW did not repair their bridge. A bridge in such a state is dangerous. You better have a parachute on you walking over such a bridge. So this mod actually makes sense.

magical winterhold was fixing the bridge with old texture, all wrong and horrible. This fixed!
Just open magical winterhold college with SSEEdit and delete anything called Bricks, I'm not expert but I was able to fix it myself :P
    Thanks for the mod!

why is an esp needed? Isn't this just meshes and textures?

Love the concept, waaay overdue.  I'll definitely use it, but serious suggestion:
This would make the most sense if it were somehow smoothly (questly?) integrated with the DB becoming Arch-Mage after the Eye of Magnus quest.  Want to give it a shot?

This got me to thinking. Maybe the college leaves the bridge as it is because they want to remind the city [village?] that the college was not unscathed by the Great Collapse?  To go about repairing it might be considered a finger in the eye of the village government, which hasn't even attempted to repair the remaining damaged houses.
