Make the Seduce spell in Mysticism affects people of the same/all sexes/none instead of the opposite sex.

Haven't seen any people cover this spell in Mysticism - A Magic Overhaul so I might as well do it myself. The plugin has already been ESLified.
SEDUCE IS ONLY INCLUDED IN MYSTICISM 1.X DO NOT INSTALL THIS IF YOU HAVE MYSTICISM 2.0+
Original: For 300 seconds, prices are 10% better. This effect is stronger on members of the opposite sex (15%).
Gay version: For 300 seconds, prices are 10% better. This effect is stronger on members of the same sex (15%).
Bi/Pansexual version: For 300 seconds, prices are 15% better.
Ace version: For 300 seconds, prices are 10% better (Spell name changed from Seduce to Beguile).
Installation: install with MO2 or Vortex. Use LOOT afterwards.
