I am currently awaiting permission to upload a modified Fossil Mining script that makes the excavation mining instant. I do have built-in compatibility so that any ore mines within a given distance from Fossil Mining nodes have a chance to drop fossils.
I looked at your script source and can't for the life of me understand why it doesn't work in Enderal's interiors. Which means I need your help to solve this conundrum.
So, my question is : what would it take for you to make an enderal-compatible version ? Name your price :) « whatever you need, within reason, of course ».
On exteriors, you click on ore deposits and voilà, but in interiors, nothing, as if they were not clickable at all. You can't even mine them the old way or even attack them with a pickaxe, nothing registers.
( Enderal is a total conversion of Skyrim, and free if you own Skyrim already, if you're ever interested to try it ).
This one is a mainstay for me, and i even use it for Enderal as well. It works flawlessly in the open world, but interior ore veins doesn't do anything on usage. Is it possible to tweak the script for an enderal version? Thanks for any reply in advance.

does not work with favor jobs overhaul probably because of the update.actually bugs out mining so that you can't mine 99% of times. it was bandit mine location and not owned by any npc
but works like a charm without it . gives 3ores or 12 fire woods on use
Unless LOTD messes with the mine or script it should be fine. I imagine all they are doing is either changing the existing form list, or pointing the mines to a new one. Either of those cases wont cause an issue.
I think what Roguer meant was to have instant excavation for LOTD. Right now, it still requires a pickaxe and we get to enjoy the clumsy mining animation.
Awesome mod ! It makes mining so much easier. Especially, as I discovered yesterday, I can mine while someone else is mining the same patch, I don't have to wait anymore until they are done! Yay! Put that into your mod description, this feature alone is worth downloading the mod!
For Legacy of the Dragonborn... Maybe. Need to get permissions. For Fossil Mining? Probably not. The author has no open permissions and did not respond to me.
My MO2 says its the 1.2 version aswell, but it loads the game just fine, so im not sure what might be going wrong with your Organizer. But there are other versions of the mod that you can access by clicking the "file archive" button. maybe you can try installing some of those and see if any of them work. Or if you're a bit more script savvy (like opening a document and editing a few numbers) you can go into the "downloads" folder of MO2, go into the mod folder for this mining mod and then go into the "fomod" folder inside that, open the "info" xml in notepad and edit the "version" number from "1.2" to "1.6". maybe that'll help, unless the issue is something else entirely. Also maybe you could try running MO2 as administrator, just on the off-chance that it helps.

Any chance of a patch for the CACO sulfur deposits?

BTW, your info.xml in the fomod folder still says 1.2 and therefore MO2 assigns that as the version, showing it needs an update.
