- Fixed a minor issue to the Wood Chopping script to make sure that the tool requirement list doesn't cause failure when they are not required for other furniture using this script

- Fixed an error in the Ars Metallica compatability function
- Re-wrote some functionality in regards to mod priority. Perk mods will take priority over individual mods (I.E. Vokrii experience gain will trump Ars Metallica if you have both installed)
- Fixed potential issues if a mod is an ESL being loaded beyond the 255 plugin limit

- Updated Vokrii compatibility so that you will get experience based on the number of resources in the node
