Thanks for the report. Blonde hair is definitely a mistake. It seems the texture color is modified by the hair color in the esp record, I'll try to fix it. The head size is good but the 3ba uses the XP32 skeleton (different aspect ratio) not the original one (modified, narrower arms etc), if you don't care about physics please use the skeleton from UNP version so its proportions look exactly like in the screenshots.
Idk if you still care about this and or willing to look into it but I've narrowed down the blonde hair issue. It is a conflict with Racemenu, disabling the plugins did not work so I assume its something to do with the SKSE folder or the BSA folder, completely removing the mod made the hair turn back to darkish brown like its supposed to. I'd be glad if you could make a patch for it or something since I'm honestly too much of a novice to really do anything.
Thanks man, it works fine now, I love your replacer so much and was honestly contemplating just playing as is, even though the blonde hair did bother me a lot lol.
Love it. Thank you so much for sharing this fantastic Serana replacement. Excuse me if I ask you, would it be possible to have her as a follower without replacing Serana? It is probably very complicated.
So far not because I took care of other mods (lack of time, etc.), but I intend to return in the future and improve all the followers, by the way I will do this as well.
Well i had only one problem,that you set vampire eyes to be a usual eyes,but as i remember,in default one there's was a default vampiric eyes, I guess serana needs a vampiric eyes in case of curing to have a good impact.

Unfortunately when I used her in game, she had blonde hair and a tiny head.
I believe I was using the cbbe 3ba version with pig tail hair, in case this is a bug with that version and if anyone else is having that issue.
I will try to figure out why this is happening and try to fix it.
