1. Clean savegame if you're UPDATING from v 1.X to v2.X (or better yet use new savegame)
Stop the triss related quests with console command "stopquest IDquest". You can get id by typeing help "trissdialogue" and help "trissQuest". Dismiss, save, uninstall, save, reinstall. After installing, or re installing this mod, before playing it in your current savegame, it is recommended to start a new game, and talk to Triss, after the intro, this will correctly activate lipsync in ALL your savegames. It's a Skyrim thing, no clue why, possibly due to quests being triggered at the beginning of your game. Still a new savegame is 100% the better option.
2.Do not manage with AFT she is not vanilla framework. Yet you can give her an outfit with AFT, but do not manage her behaviour. 3. Textures and meshes have to be obtained from my other mod Triss Merigold RACE, due to archive sizes, and customization options. However you do not need to play with SC_ZZ_Triss.esp or its requirements as active!
5. Version 2.0 is a Major update, which rewrites the core scripts of the follower and adds new features:
- Adds more idle dialoge lines, who have a comment frequency controlled by an MCM setting. You can chose how often Triss will comment while being your follower.
- Horse Riding, if MCM option is enabled Triss will ride a horse with you.
- Teleport and utility spells (magelight, waterbreathing, heal)
- Outfit manager, with default outfit, hooded outfit, lingerie, and custom outfit. If option is enabled in MCM it'll add more Outfits you can chose from, however you need to download the witcher 3 female armors, linked above.

Hey! This is a great mod. I am running into an issue with her hair though. It isn't showing up properly and is a weird color. I can see the outline of her hair, but it looks like ghost hair or some sort of missing textures. Everything else works accept for her hair.
The website said you have not downloaded the mod. Do you have the requirements, and are you sure the archive you downloaded was not cut off by a server error?
if you completed the download it should show in your history.
Thanks! For whatever reason, it wasn't showing up that I had downloaded it on my online nexus, but was in my mod manager. Deleting the mod and redownloading it fixed my issues.
probably it didnt complete the download, sometimes it happend and some files are missing. its a good thing the site says so, tho since its easier to figure out the problem
However small the chance is that this is seen. Is is possible to have a 100 weight version? My bodyslides are all 100 weight so when I change her weight, I get the horrific neck seam where you can see everything behind her.
You have to export her head from CK, when the weight is set to 100. make sure you select the correct look for her, so that you won't have to do it multiple times.
setnpcweight 100 in console may also work, but ts ore of a bandaid solution and its tied to ini settings wether it'll work or not.
Pleae read the description. It clearly says you need to start a new game to activate the lipsnc. Skyrim engine allows quests to only be started with the game start. Once you ave toalked to her in your new game, you can safely load any older safe, and the quest will be carried over.
Make sure you have read the description, about comatibilities, and what not to do with fllower overhauls.
Try using the race version and becaome her, to figure out why you're having an issue, wether its incompatibilities with the assets, or scrit conflict with the recent skyrim CC upadate.
I was summoning her via the MCM menu, still trying to find out what was causing the issue though. Some Follower frameworks installed in-game but none of them were used for her. She did get spotted by wrye bash though, so going to see if excluding her from it's bash patch helps at all.
well if you have MCM menu, you'll also have SKSE installed, but iirc, SKSE has gotten an update for the new creation club content added by bethesta. i'm a bit our of the loop with the AE updates. Which version of the game are you running? if its the latest AE, it could be an issue with that.
The installation process requires you to have all the files from the race, however the esp is not required, and can therefore be disabled and its requirement of race compatibility ignored, so i wouldnt think it's that. Can you visit triss at her usual place?
There's two things that can affect this, scripts from updating from an older version may not be successfuly loaded, a new game was not started and triss was not met once in the new game to start her quest. it's a bethesda thign, quests stard when makign a new game and apparently carry over through savegames.
If you can try and meet her in person in a new game you'd also find out if she crasheds on spellcast, or just whenevr you meet her. narrowing that down, it'll be easier to get through the issue, but your idea of looking into wyre bash could also work, i havenever used such thing tho.
Here's a fun little detail: during one of my playthroughs, I heard a fight on the roads of Skyrim. I got closer and saw Triss and Yennefer fighting a group of bandits together. I don't know if it's intentional when you have the 2 mods installed, or just a coincidence like running into certain NPCs on the road, but I found it very funny. I was too stupid to think of taking a SC.

Phuck sakes! No, it was that goddamned Spells addon that was causing the shite. Nothing to do with the original mod it seems.Never mind, realised it was due to her default outfit and it stopped once I changed it.
