I think there is an issue with the hair. In the .esp the model Fredrika_Hair points to is "Actors\Character\Character Assets\Hair\FemaleDarkElfHair01.nif" and the hairlines are "HairLineFemaleDarkElf01" [HDPT:0008CA87]" and "HairLineFemaleDarkElf02 "HairLineFemaleDarkElf02" [HDPT:0008CA89]". Those are not the same as the .nif file. I do not see an included hair mesh in your folders. I believe I see the dark elf hair mesh on the sides of the head below the head mesh intended for the follower. This might be similar to the issue Brian9575 was having below. I also see a neck seam. I think the tint between the head and body are not the same.
Thanks for the report. The file: "Actors\Character\Character Assets\Hair\FemaleDarkElfHair01.nif" is in "Skyrim - Meshes0.bsa", so if you are having trouble with this just use Steam to verify the game files. These files are only from the base game, so they should work out of the box.
What I mean is the hair mesh I see in 00000D69.nif (the FaceGeom and like in the sample images) and the one referenced in the .esp file are different. I see a texture in the mod but no matching mesh. The hair in the alternate version (Jordan) I have in KS Hairdos but I do not see the standard (Stiletto) one. I like this so much I spent the whole day trying to fix it but don't understand enough to succeed. I hope someone better than me can respond to this.
I probably shouldn't call it a neck seam. There isn't a gap but the skin tone is different between the body and the head. I'm sorry I don't know how to send pictures.
Just use image hosing like https://imgbb.com and send me link on pw + describe all steps you are making, because this is the most important part. I need to know how to reproduce bug.
