Ok, I have checked the mod and I do not see any reason to remove any head parts from it as they are intended to be used by player too. It is even said in the name of the mod.
I have checked the mod (both 2 main files) and all head parts are already marked as non-playable. So possibly something else in your load order overwrites them or maybe you are using some sort of older version.
It looks like the author is aware of the issue and is going to fix it in the next update of the mod, but it looks like it isn't coming out soon, so here you go...
Thanks for fixes and a question: should mod remove Female flag from FemaleHeadNordAstrid in Forgotten City if it doesn't remove Male flag from MaleZombieHead? Although Forgotten City itself does not have Female flag on that head while Skyrim does.
I guess the author of the mod has their reasons (can't check at the moment, busy), but if you are worried about Astrid - it doesn't affect her anyhow. Will be roasty as always.
Nice work, thanks! Also, another one to consider is Curse of Akavir - Phoe SSE. They have some horrible options in the racemenu. I recommend adding racemenu in the mod title instead of character creation. That way users may be able to find your mod more easily :) I only stumbled upon it when looking at last updated lol.
