    Notice

Due to time constraints and the sheer number of mods to keep track of, I may not be able to reply to all posts. The Enairim community can probably help you out faster!

The bug tab on my mods has been changed to "author only".

Bug tabs are often treated as "express question" tabs by users, resulting in them filling up with items that are not actually bugs or are caused by other mods or even vanilla Skyrim, forcing the mod author to troubleshoot an issue that is at best a coinflip as to whether it is even related to the mod. Furthermore, users tend to ghost you when you ask for more information, resulting in their reports being stuck on "more info needed". The consequence of this is that the list of unresolved bugs grows to an unmanageable size over time.

If you have concerns, post them here and they will be added to the bug tab once they are proven to be actually a bug.

is it possible to revert killmove changes via xedit? it feels like melee killmoves stopped triggering altogether on legendary difficulty, i'm not sure that's due to valravn, but i'd like to test

    nvm, here it is: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/117111

"Stamina management is much more important in Valravn."

Yet, when I swing my weapon it costs no stamina. The setting to enable/disable that as it was in the previous mods isnt available either.
Was hoping for this to be focused on Stamina penalties, management and making most actions cost Stamina.

In it's current state (version 2.2.0), I sadly can't recommend this mod to anyone that plans to use magic during combat. The movement speed penalty for casting feels way too high no matter the direction you're moving. Even when using Longstride (from the Apocalypse spell pack), it's incredibly easy for enemies to run off or catch up to you.

You can spam frost or summon magic.
They can take away the enemy's stamina and stop his movement

The good about this mod is that you can use SSEdit to tweak exactly the movement for each case as I do.

Use frost, paralyze, fear, calm, summons, stagger, stun, knockback, blink, etc.

Does anyone know how to make a weapon swing while in first person faster?

Do you plan to insert the injury system from "Wildcat" into "Valravn" or is there an option (patch) to work together?

Any plans on adjusting weapon drawn, backwards-diagonal movement to conform with weapon drawn, straight-backwards movement or making it into a setting at some point either one way or the other?

That going backwards diagonally is faster than going straight backwards.
I'm fine with the slow backtracking, but wouldn't it make sense for them to have the same speed one way or the other?

This is a known problem in the engine, diagonally means lateral movement so it is normally faster than pure backwards.

You can use Athletik Combat and SSEedit  to finetune movement values.

I tried a lot of combat mods and at the moment Conditional Stamina CostsSkyrim Unleveled + Valravn + Athletik Combat is the winner combo. I changed the movement values in Athletik Combat where archers and mages lose their insta-dodging hability among other improvements, like realistic swimming, Skyrim unleveled segregates light from heavy armors in a way that light ones are no more the obvious choice, as before. Oh boy, that feels some serious combat now...

How do I turn off the "hard" stagger?

nevermind. Valvalis seems to be forcing chocalte poise onto its users without telling them.

Still trying to figure out what is causing my character to randomly stagger backwards.

At least make sure stamina features are disabled one of the mods.
