Apart from "hard" requirements above, there are several "soft" ones to make the character look exactly like on screenshots: Tempered skins for males (choose younger and smooth options) Beards (new textures only).
If for some reason beard will refuse to load from preset, choose HumanBeard11 in the hair submenu.
