Finally managed to get this to work. The port and outskirts look gorgeous, but the author should have really put clearer description.
    For anyone attempting.

For MAIN FILE - Solitude Docks MERGED.esp
You need all resources (Meshes and Textures folders) from Radioactive Solitude Docks AND Solitude Docks AND Solitude Expansion, but NO esp of those mods.
and Solitude exterior add-on (Esp AND Resources)

    Patches:
If you use Solitude Enhanced you also need Solitude Enhanced_Docks_MERGED_Patch.esp (you need Solitude Enhanced esp and the resources).
Other patches are self explanatory. No surprises there.

For the author, if he's still here.
Thank you for the mod, combing those 4 mods is a great idea, it really makes the docks absolutely stunning, tho some fps hit is inevitable, especially if you use HD textures, too many objects everywhere.
One bug (easily fixed, I already did it from my game, just for the info for the author, if he intends to update). It comes from Radioactive Solitude Docks (orig mod has it too). The boat ferry and Jolf from DG is clipping and not usable now. It can easily be moved tho.
Second thing is that facegen needs to be generated for the mod itself or all npc have black face. Easily done in CK.
Oh, and the mod is in French, so if you want to play in Eng, there are a lot of records to change.

      Hello nerjaveika.
Thank you for your kind words. I don't think i will make an update of this patch, too much works. This was my first big patch and i know i made a lot of mistakes.
I have made another patch between Enhanced Soliture Docks, Solitude Docks Update and Solitude exterior add-on. Available on the Enhanced Soliture Docks page on Nexus, in the commentaries section.
But i'm little tired of solitude :-) and i think if i have no feedback from the ESD author to use a smallest combo for Solitude : Redbag + JK's + Bathouse + Solitude Docks + Solitude Exterior add-on + Complete Solitude (available on skyrim LE, easy to convert but need a little patch with Solitude Docks though).
I also plan to make an add-on to Ancient Lands, lite one with some environnement additions (trees, plants, fairies,etc...) and to rework Windhelm Bridge as it presents some fps drop ( i think too many lightings).
I also need to finish my installation mods i wan't to play lol :-)

EDIT: Your previous mod seems to work like a charm. The only thing I can assume is that the patch provided here definitely requires Enhanced Solitude Docks to work. Previous mod = the one you have a separate page for. The only issue was the fact that the LOS II patch for that mod was looking for version 1.22 as a master file, but the only patch you provide on your patch is 0.96. I'm only posting here for anyone that gets as confused as I am.

    Spoiler:
    Show
    I must be confused here.

I've tried this mod several times now, and it doesn't seem to do much of anything. It certainly doesn't make the mods it claims as masters compatible with each other...

In fact, all it seems to do is add two of every character and placed physics object to the solitude docks area. There's still an entire staircase clipping into the top of a bunch of houses on your way down to the docks. I've tried it with and without the Solitude Docks mod using SkyRe - Solitude Docks and Solitude Expansion. What is the purpose of this mod?...

The mod description doesn't say much, but I've made sure the main patch (which I assume is the Solitude Docks MERGED plugin) loads after the other mods. Is there more to the load order? And might I suggest keeping the other patches as separate downloads if there isn't going to be a FOMOD?...

To be honest, i propose my work to be continuing by people who have more skills for modding than me.
I absolutly don't remember which file do what, how to moddify things, etc...
In my opinion, this is the best combo of mods for the exteriors of solitude. It works pretty good with enhanced solitude.

Patches are so confusing. You might want to be little clear with description. Might confuse new comers a lot lol. It also contains patches for Realistic water, Better Roads & Enhanced Solitude which aren't hard requirement right? We just need to disable them and use required patches? Facing Crash :/

No you need the mod for  the patches.
But those mods aren't hard requirement, only if you use them.

Woah, this looks really good. I wish there was a patch for RedBag's Solitude.

Haven't time to download and test it yet, but - looking at shots provided - it'll be too much work to make it fully compatible without disabling tons of objects. Both mods adds a lot in same spot (western side of docks) and there's not much place left to squeeze it all.

Can someone confirm how is the performance impact with this mod? Looks great but the fps might take a huge hit in the gonads

everyone's computer setup is different, so if I tell you it runs smooth and you get a choppy game vice-versa, then anyone's else's opinion is moot

I have tested it for a while. It seems that it's missing some custom models (mainly ships and some buildings), so it probably needs Skyrim Radioactive to be installed. It also has some black faces, probably for the same reason.
Also, some of the interiors are named in french.

Overall, this mod looks fantastic, but it needs some polishing and additional patches. Adding occlusion planes would definitely help with performance.

Does it include the entrance stairs from Enhanced Solitude?
