A comprehensive project featuring a decent number of individual tweaks and fixes to improve the base game of Skyrim. The goal of this addon is to fix many inconsistencies found within the vanilla game which were not fixed by the official and unofficial patches. This mod is not fully optimized for use with USSEP, they will simply cancel eachother out. Use one or the other for the best experience. Using them both is an option, but isn't fully supported yet.

Features of this addon:
Many quality of life fixes as follows:

Changelog
-All merchants in the game are now protected, aside from those in Solstheim due to a quest in the DLC.
-All followers in the base game and Dawnguard expansion are now essential and level up with the player until level 80.
-All potential Jarls now wear appropriate attire for their position.
-Many NPCs have been given new appropriate outfits.
-Aside from Jarls, this mod brings the much requested feature of village elders. Small towns such as Riverwood, Rorikstead, and more now have an Elder, who is the leader of that respective town. The Elders wear Jarl clothes, are essential, and have been hand-picked to make logical sense lore wise.
Hod is the Elder of Riverwood
Gunnar was the Elder of Helgen
Rorik is Elder of Rorikstead
Jofthor is Elder of Ivarstead
Varnius Junius is Elder of Dragon Bridge
Ainethach is Elder of Karthwasten
-Civil War armor sets have been overhauled completely. They are now much sturdier and offer far more protection. Stormcloak Officer Armor offers significantly more protection, and is suitable for a late-game set. Imperial Armor is now distributed evenly, you will see an equal amount of heavy and lightly armored soldiers. Imperial Studded armor is now a true "medium" armor and is now classified as a heavy armor. The drab Imperial light armor has been removed from the game due to popular request. Imperial soldiers now resemble their Morrowind counterparts more closely.
-The Light armor gauntlets boots and helmet has been replaced with heavy for a more complete look.
-Stormcloak Weapons have been added. (Greatsword, Battleaxe, and War Axe)
-Imperial Sword stats now match Blades sword.
-Imperial Armor sets have been buffed.
-Stormcloak Armor sets have been buffed.
-Helgen chests now contain full sets of Imperial Armor.
-Captain Aldis wears Imperial Officer Armor.
-Gunjar now has a special note and the new unique Stormcloak Hero weaponry. He also wears full officer armor, and has a more compelling backstory, being the original Stormblade.
-Some stronghold Orc followers now wear Orcish armor.
-Argis the Bulwark wears Blades armor.
-Calder wears Steel Plate Armor.
-Fanedel wears Hunter apparel (studded outfit)
-Helgen NPCs are now more immersive. Vilod wears bartender clothing, and the Stormcloak soldier executed at the start is now a General, which is more fitting for his courageous nature.

June 29th 2021 Update Changelog
-Fixed Imperial Armor stats to make them more logical
-Added more depth among the Helgen characters. The Stormcloak who is executed is now a General. Vilod, Torolf, and Gunnar wear appropriate clothing (bartender, belted tunic, and fur lined raiment respectively)
-Imperial Missive can be found in the Helgen barracks Warden chest, detailing the events and adding depth to the Imperial Legion as well as the Dragonborn prophecy
-A final note can be found on Gunnar's body as well as a set of Stormcloak Officer Armor and some unique Stormcloak Hero Weapons which use the default steel texture
-Sven and Jenassa are now non essential for the purpose of the Boethia quest
-Imperial bow buff
-Stormcloak Officer Armor buff

June 30th Final Major Update Changelog
-Golldir is now an archer follower since there are hardly any
-Fixed tempering issues with Stormcloak Hero weaponry
-Added a neutral letter and chest, for those who do not want to concern themselves with the civil war. The "Mysterious Chest" manifested almost overnight, and it remains unexplained. The chest also contains the first "letter from a friend", making this individual more mysterious. Perhaps Lorkhan themself placed this chest... however, only the Divines can truly explain.

This mod is designed to be fully compatible with the fully patched original game.
This mod is not fully compatible with mods such as unofficial patches, which alter characters, base values of the changed armors, as whichever mod is placed below the other will overwrite the changes made here. The mod will still function in all other areas, of course.
