The minimum skill level you need to have in order to hear comments about your... skills. Because I have a lot of respect for the Restoration school, but even more for someone who can conjure me up a warm bed :) Anyway, it's all explained on the GDO page.
Nicely done. Endorsing since the mod works as designed.
Just wish that Bethesda and GDO had restricted comments on Sneak, Lockpicking, and Pickpocketing, to players who were less competent in these skills. The whole point in developing them is to be able to do so without anyone else noticing - so comments on these skills should actually stop at a certain level. The only way I can around this in GDO is to use the console to set the skill required to hear thief-skill related comments beyond the maximum level I'd set for these skills in my Uncapper.iini. Unfortunately, doing so also means missing out on comments for Light Armor, Alchemy, and Speech.
Thanks. It would be technically easy to separate the comments, unfortunately it would require a lot of tedious work in reading them all, deciding where they belong, and changing the conditions.

I love being told "no lollygagging", especially when I'm a thane. :)
More seriously, thanks for the heads-up.
What's that?
Why should its updates mean anything to me? :)
