yeah i that's the idea of the mod, i've been using it for a few hours but i can't lv up because i can't pass lv 30 one handed let's say, can't reach 31, it removes the lv requirement perk yes, that's totally cool, but it also prevents you from lvling up, since your skill bar doesn't go up, the only way i can think of this as usefull is to install iy only when i have some perks to spend =/. If OP could fix that, would be amazing, good mod though.
I don't have any problems levelling skills. This mod only affects perks, it doesn't affect levelling rate of skills or the skills themselves at all.
Just tried a new game with only this mod and the unofficial patch installed - skills levelled normally, levelled up normally, acquired skills normally. I even grinded one handed to 31 with no issues. It works in my other games as well.
Is there another mod you're using that affects skill levelling rates? Are you using the most recent version of the unofficial patch?
