Please read the posts section and/or do additional research. This fix is pretty old and might require an earlier version of Cathedral Weathers to work. I haven't come around to update it in a long time because CW changed how it handles rain sounds a while ago.

Works around a bug in Cathedral Weather's plugin that prevents indoor rain sounds from playing.
There are still some interiors without rain sound if you don't use "Audio Overhaul for Skyrim". See sticky post if you want to learn why and how to potentially fix it.
