The previous version of Glam Talsgar was very buggy as he kept disappearing on me whenever i recruited him.. He's a wanderer... so he should probably just stay as a wandering bard instead of being a follower. its a nice effort but man i do wish he was a follower but... his role as a bard will probably diminish cus.. that role as the bard party member belongs to Lucien or any of the Interesting Bards followers
He is basically a new NPC each time you meet him. Yes, it is weird. Yep, a wanderer will always be a wanderer. He does not stay in one place. So he can be a temporary follower, to join you in one adventure or 3, to keep company with you, he may even write a song about you, but then....the wilderness calls him. He gotta go.
I hope that you consider making a male NPC overhaul someday GLAM. Honestly I really like the Aesthetic you give them. They're a definite improvement over Vanilla while still looking like the fit in the original game. Amazing work!
I wish I knew how to make good looking males !!! I'd like to be good in it. Somehow the males I make are too girlie or weird looking. Here I used a preset that my friend (alduwuin) made as a base for his look. Same I did with some males in Jarls Re-Imagined mod (Froztee).
I hadn't realized at first if he actually became a follower, and now that he's accompanying one of my characters, I've noticed that the "you should buy a horse" dialogue option from Convenient Horses doesn't come up. Thing with Angi or Ignum if available. Hmmmm. Should I try to edit it by hand or patch it up?
I have fixed it! It was the fault of a plugin that was left without completely removing it. I have tried it on the existing one and another new game. It works on both
I'm not gay, but....damn. You make the best faces in Skyrim. Seriously. Downloaded this instantly. I have all your replacers, I think. The fewer of Bethesda's "golems" we have walking around Skyrim, the better. Thank you.
Oh.....thank you sooo much for the compliments!! This makes me very happy. :) :) :) :)
This specific face was made by my friend, Alduwuin. I used the face of his Johannes character to make Talsgar replacer, because I felt the face will fit Talsgar very well. I edited the preset a little. I'm not very good at making males. And it's complicated and full of bugs for me, for some reason. Females - it's my comfort zone. LOL And yes, the vanilla NPC definitely need a makeover. These days I am working on a makeover of Astrid and Gabriella from the Dark Brotherhood. Planned NPC overhals: Erik the Slayer, Senna the priestess of Dibella, Muiri of Markarth and GLAM Wenches: Narri, Karita, Hroki, Alva, Rhiada, Suzanna.

Does that happen on an existing save only or in a new game too?

Yes, he helps with the enemies.
He is very brave.
I love making stories. It is fun.
I have him following, but when you dismiss him.....he moves on and it is a new copy of him.
